Yummy Summer Cupcakes

This was my first cupcakes in my life and I'm so excited they turned so yummy. This is a deliciously light recipe.
To make the cupcakes you will need:
150g sugar
2 eggs
150g sour cream
50g butter, softened
1 cup (nearly 180g) plain flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
200g berries
Preheat oven to 200°C.  

In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar then add sour cream, butter and beat until pale and creamy. Add the flour with baking powder and beat until well combined. Then you can add berries. Spoon the mixture evenly among the paper cases. Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes.
