Hi, everyone! I’m sure you have heard by now about Pantone’s Color of the Year 2014 - Radiant Orchid. This summer you should definitely wear this trendy color. You can choose to wear this color by putting on some clothes in radiant orchid shade, or maybe by wearing a makeup. I think this color would look fantastic on your hands and feet this summer. Today I'll show you my simple manicure inspired by Radiant Orchid.

Fashion Friday: Nautical Style

The nautical style never goes out of fashion, it is one of those trends that seems to come back into fashion every few years. Classic black and white stripes have been around for ages, as one of the most beloved patterns in fashion history. Girls wardrobe is unimaginable without vest or dress with stripes. 

This look is perfect for the summer. We associate stripes pattern with the sea, travel, vacation. That's why every year striped tops and dresses are in vogue.

How to create a look in nautical style?

Patterns

The first association with nautical style is stripes. Therefore stripes (vertical, horizontal, diagonal) are ideal for creating a nautical look. Navy and white stripes are probably the most iconic staples in a nautical closet, so try them if you’re feeling classic. Also nowadays many designers use a different patterns, which also related to this style. They decorate clothes with images of anchors, chains, ropes, or starfish.

Colors 

If you don't like stripes, you can still rock a nautical look.

The main colors of nautical style are - navy, white and red. These three colors paired together will be unmistakable. White and blue is very symbolic: the endless blue sea and white foam. But don't forget about the yellow (sand, sun), black (coastal rocks, gulls) and red as accent. In today's fashion you can use other colors, but in this case, the clothes should be with horizontal, vertical stripes.

Clothes

As for the types of clothing, as well as its form, the girls here are free to choose. You can wear dresses, skirts mini or midi-length, shorts, pants, jackets and shirts. You can build a perfect nautical outfit with just one great piece.

Accessories 

Nautical style isn’t just about stripes — you can get the same look by adding a simple accessory. In general, this style involves minimal use of accessories. As a complement to the outfit are perfect accessories with marine symbols: ships wheel, gulls, anchors, boats, chains, cords, seahorses, shells.

Shoes

High heels or wedge heels will be a great addition to your nautical outfit. However, if you're on vacation, some dresses and other clothes can be worn with sandals or ballerinas. Color of your shoes should be combined with one of the items of clothing or accessories or they could be like a bright accent. You can choose quite bright color or patterns in marine style for shoes.

Beauty

To complete any outfit we certainly need a good make-up. In our case, more suitable will be summer, beach or nautical make-up.

Nyíregyháza Zoo

Yesturday we had a very interesting trip to The Nyíregyháza Zoo, which is located in the Sóstó recreation area on north of Nyíregyháza,Hungary. This area includes the beach, the spa, the pool, the open air museum and the wood parks. The zoo lies in a natural, almost untouched forest. The 35 hectare area of the zoo is divided into "continents", so the visitors can walk along them to observe how the animals live in certain parts of the world. Today in Nyíregyháza Zoo you can see approximately 5.000 animals and nearly 500 species. It is the biggest animal collection in the country.

When you get to the zoo on the left you will see The Green Pyramid. This building including an Oceanarium and a Tropical Rainforest. The Tropical Rainforest is situated above the Oceanarium. When entering, visitors immediately meet Europe’s largest Komodo dragon breeding pair. 

Sóstó Zoo’s Oceanarium demonstrates the fauna and flora of the world’s seas and oceans.

After Green Pyramid we went for a walk on zoo territory. And first you can see is Polar Region, which displays the fauna and flora of the North and the South Pole.

Next we went on the road that leads to the Asian region, where you can see camels, rhinos, elephants...

Then we walked around the American exhibit, where are present bisons, pumas and playful raccoons. 

Next we went to African Region. Here you can see the fauna and flora of tropical rainforests, savannahs, deserts and mediterranean areas. 

And the last but, not the least is Australia "continent", where you can see Australia's most iconic animal - kangaroo. 

We walked around the Nyíregyháza  Zoo for several hours, but didn't managed to see all, so I think we will come there again soon. I loved this adventure, but our kids got even more pleasure.
